I entered the wrong shipping address at checkout, what do I do?

Sometimes mistakes happen! One thing to note is that once you have placed your order with us, we immediately send it off to our facility to have your order prepared. If you were to enter the wrong address at checkout, please notify us straight away at support@tryautumn.com and someone from our team will update your details and contact the courier to update the shipping address. We cannot guarantee that this will be successful. If this is the case, someone from our team will reach out to discuss the next steps to get your order.
