How do I pause or cancel my account?
Love this question! Its really easy to pause or cancel your account: Log into your account > Manage Account > Subscription Management > You can then choose to pause or cancel.
Can I return an order?
Sadly no :( We are not able to accept returns, simply because we can't repurpose your order for someone else.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Our refunds are issued within 2 business days after receiving the request. It will then take 2 - 10 business days for it to reflect on your payment card depending on your bank.

Can I use more than one promo code?
I wish you could! But unfortunately no. Promo codes are limited to one per person.
What happens when my account is cancelled?
Once your account has been cancelled, you will still be able to log into your account to view your reports and past recommendations but there will be no subscriptions enabled on the account unless you choose to resume the service.
