What happens if my order has been lost?
Having your order lost is never good news! :( If this occurred because of a shipping error on our behalf or it was considered lost by the courier - we will then send a replacement order free of charge. On the other hand, if you gave persmission to the courier to leave your order at a specific place and it got lost or stolen once it has been delivered - we will not be able to accept responsibility for your lost package.

What happens when my account is cancelled?
Once your account has been cancelled, you will still be able to log into your account to view your reports and past recommendations but there will be no subscriptions enabled on the account unless you choose to resume the service.
What happens to my DNA sample?
Your sample is automatically destroyed by the lab within 15 days of being tested, so you can focus on other important stuff like wondering if you turned off the oven or whether aliens exist or not.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders will take 3-7 business days to arrive! :)
